Dear Real Autism Difference Supporters and Community Members,

Thank you very much for supporting this initiative throughout the years. I founded RAD when I was 16-years-old. At that time, there were no existing respite care programs for those affected by autism in the Southern Nevada community. Through countless partnerships over the years, I am happy to now say that respite care programs that serve individuals with autism are now available in my home community.

I am now pursuing my medical education and plan on becoming a neurologist. Because of this, my time has become more limited, and at this moment, I am no longer able to work on RAD full-time and manage the day-to-day logistics of new programs. However, our partners, Down Syndrome Organization of Southern Nevada and Milestone Family Solutions will continue to provide valuable programs to the RAD community. Please refer to the information on their websites for current programs including respite care, speech therapy, recreational classes ranging from art to music and specialized programs for those affected by autism. Though I am not currently in Las Vegas, I have worked with these organizations extensively through RAD and both organizations are committed to continuing to serve those part of the RAD community.
