Marlene is a nineteen-year employee of CBRE and a Senior Vice President of Capital Markets - Investment Properties Las Vegas.  Marlene’s career has been spent in both investment property sales as well as industrial sales and leasing. Marlene was born on the Big Island in Hawaii, raised in the Salt Lake City, Utah area and has been a resident of Clark County, Nevada for more than 15 years.  She’s married to husband Troy Winkel, is the mother of two daughters, Malina (14) and Maia (13) and co-owner of Drainbusters and The Honest Plumber Heating & Air (sold 2015).
