I acknowledge that my participation in RAD’s Walk/Run for Autism involves a risk of injury, including bodily injury, and assume the risk for same. On my own behalf and on behalf of my heirs and legal representatives and to the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge RAD, Real Autism Difference and Cornerstone Park and their respective directors, officers, employees, affiliates, members, agents and representatives, of and from any and all liability for injury, death, or damages and/or any other claims, demands, losses or damages incurred by me in connection with any aspect of RAD’s Walk/Run for Autism. By registering for the event I am certifying I read and agree to these terms. If I am a minor, I certify that an adult guardian is registering on my behalf and agree to the terms above.

Services will not be accepted as raffle items. We accept things like gift cards, dinners, gift baskets and other things the public can use. If you select this option, the raffle item has to be shipped to our main office located at: 10624 S Eastern Ave. • #A-425 Henderson, NV 89052 by January 15th, 2022.

Real Autism Difference will provide a table and 2 chairs for each vendor.
